I’m Cori!

My name is Cori and I am the creator of Conquering My Chaos. I started this Etsy shop in June of 2023 out of my love for organizing and my passion for creating a calm mind through the use of organizing tools. My goal with this shop is to create tools that will help you organize even the most difficult of tasks in the most stressful of times.

I have been a stay-at-home mom now for 15 years and I have been the main meal planner, cook, logistics coordinator, taxi service, vacation planner, events coordinator, science project engineer, counselor, and entertainment all the while. That’s a lot of inputs into one brain on a daily basis, so I definitely understand the importance of having an outlet to organize my thoughts.

I have found that when life gets chaotic it’s because you have so much information in your brain with no place for it to go, so you begin to feel stressed and overwhelmed. The best way to calm your brain down is to organize that information into a usable form. I personally love all kinds of organizational tools from notepads to mobile apps and everything in between. What I have found though to be the most convenient is spreadsheets. They are digital and easily accessible from any device and they organize information so well. So here I am beginning my passion project of helping others organize life.

As I mentioned I have been a stay-at-home mom for 15 years to 3 kids, ages 16-year-old boy (this is a fun age, eye-roll), 14-year-old girl (this is an even funner age, double eye-roll), and a 9-year-old boy who is still on my good side. LOL. I have survived and sometimes even thrived through a lot of the ages and stages of life. But with my kids a little older now it is my time to discover and pursue my passions in life. So when I am not putting out the latest fire within my own household, I will be here, creating and organizing for you.
