This post is part of the 100 Days ’til Christmas Challenge — one small step each day to make the holiday season less stressful and a lot more fun.

Welcome to Day 100!
Today we kick off the 100 Days ’til Christmas (and every fall holiday in between). Over the next 100 days, we’ll take small, intentional steps that add up to a calmer, more organized holiday season.
And it all starts with your Holiday Planner – the Pumpkins to Presents Planner — the one spot where you’ll keep everything from your Halloween plans to your Christmas shopping lists.
Gather Your Planner Supplies
You don’t need much to get started, but if you love planner supplies, here’s your excuse to break them out.
The basics:
- Binder or sturdy folder
- Four dividers
- Printer (if you’re using the printable covers)
- Or, set up digital folders if you prefer everything online
Optional extras that make planning a little more fun:
- Pens or markers in different colors
- Washi tape or stickers for a personal touch
- Sticky notes for reminders and quick ideas
- Highlighters to mark what really matters
- Tabs or labels to keep sections easy to flip through
Your planner should feel simple but inviting — something you’ll actually enjoy using over the next few months.
Set Up Your Planner
- Slip in your Pumpkins to Presents Planner cover sheet (subscriber exclusive — more on that below).
- Add your divider covers, labeled with these sections:
- Calendar & Scheduling
- Budget & Shopping
- Food & Gatherings
- Home & Traditions
- That’s it. Nothing else to do — today is about getting the framework in place.
Action Step for Day 100
- Gather your supplies
- Add your cover sheet and dividers (or set up your digital version)
- Put your planner in a spot where you’ll see and use it daily
Congratulations — your planner is officially ready for the season ahead.
