Roadmap to Results:

A 12-week planning system for the woman who carries the mental load.

One real goal. Twelve weeks of focused work. A system you’ll use for the rest of your life.

Introductory pricing through June 1. Regular price $47.

What if it didn’t have to be this way?

Roadmap to Results is a 12-week planning course built specifically for women juggling households, businesses, and lives all at once.

Twelve weeks is the right length. It’s long enough to make real progress on something that matters — to build a habit, finish a project, learn a skill. And it’s short enough that you can see the finish line from where you’re standing.

In twelve weeks you’ll pick one meaningful goal, build a real plan to reach it, and learn a weekly ritual that keeps you on track instead of drifting away from it. And when those twelve weeks end, you won’t be done. You’ll have a system you’ll use for the rest of your life.

Six modules. Roughly an afternoon to watch start to finish. A lifetime to use.

6 Modules

  • Module 1 — Why 12 Weeks
    • Why 12 weeks works when yearly goals don’t. Set your big-picture direction with 1, 3, and 5-year goals.
  • Module 2 — Taking Inventory
    • Look honestly at everything on your plate. Learn the maintenance vs. growth mode framing — the concept that makes the whole system work.
  • Module 3 — Your One Big Goal
    • Turn your wish into a real goal. Break it into projects. List action items with time estimates. End the module with a concrete plan you can actually execute.
  • Module 4 — Your Weekly Planning Ritual
    • The five-step weekly habit you’ll repeat for 12 weeks. Check-in, brain dump, calendar work, work blocks, and day-by-day scheduling.
  • Module 5 — Working the Plan
    • What to do when life punches your plan in the face. Three pitfalls — overwhelm, perfectionism, distraction — and the 15-minute trick that handles all three.
  • Module 6 — Week 13
    • Reflect, reset, repeat. Close out one cycle and open the next. This is where the course stops being a course and becomes a system you run for the rest of your life.

Others, like the Weekly Check-In, the Daily Schedule, and the Pitfalls reference, are designed to be printed and reused for every 12-week cycle. It’s yours to print, photocopy, and keep using for as many cycles as you run.

In the workbook:

  • The Roadmap — a visual map of the entire course
  • Big-picture goals worksheet (1-year, 3-year, 5-year)
  • The Taking Inventory page — list everything on your plate, label what’s growth and what’s maintenance

I’m the woman behind Conquering the Chaos Planners — and I’m also the woman this course was built for.

For years I carried the entire operating system of my household in my head. The schedules, the appointments, the goals I kept pushing to next month. I tried the productivity apps and the yearly planning workshops. Nothing stuck — until I came across the idea of 12-week planning.

Something about a shorter cycle clicked. But the existing 12-week systems were built for entrepreneurs and executives, not for women juggling households and businesses and lives all at once. So I started adapting — adding the weekly check-in, the maintenance vs. growth framing, the day-by-day flexibility. Cutting the parts that didn’t fit my real life.

What I’m teaching you in this course is my version of 12-week planning. Built specifically for the woman who carries the mental load. I hope you’ll find — like I did — that twelve weeks at a time is exactly enough.

The video content is roughly 35-40 minutes total across 6 modules. You can watch the whole thing in one afternoon. The work it sets up — running 12-week cycles — is what takes longer. That’s the point.

Yes. The system works for any meaningful goal — fitness, creative projects, household projects, learning a skill, financial goals. The course uses examples from both business and personal life.

That’s built into the system. Module 5 specifically teaches what to do when life gets in the way. Missing a week doesn’t break the cycle — it’s normal, and the weekly check-in is designed to handle it.

The 12 Week Year is a book by Brian Moran — a great resource that introduced a lot of people to shorter planning cycles. This course is my own adaptation of that idea, built specifically for women juggling households, businesses, and lives all at once. Different audience, different approach, different examples. If you’ve read the book and loved it, you’ll likely love this too. If you haven’t, you don’t need to — this course stands on its own.

Whichever fits your life. The workbook is for women who like to write things by hand and prefer the tactile experience of pen-and-paper planning. The spreadsheet is for women who’d rather plan digitally on their phone or laptop. They cover the same system — pick the one you’ll actually use, or use both.

Soon. The spreadsheet itself is fully ready to use — the course teaches the system it implements, and there’s a built-in Getting Started guide on the first tab. When the walkthrough is done, all existing students get it as a free update.

Because this is a digital product with immediate access to all the content, all sales are final. I’ve priced this at $37 specifically to make the decision lower-risk while I gather feedback from the first wave of students. If you’re not sure whether this is for you, I’d encourage you to read this page carefully and trust your gut.

Lifetime access. The course is yours to come back to as long as the platform exists. The workbook and spreadsheet are yours to keep regardless.
